🛩️A Partnership for Healing: Massport and Keezer Sportswear Support Angel Flight NE’s Mission
Exciting News!
Recently, our President, Larry Camerlin, and our team had the privilege of meeting with Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport) and Keezer Sportswear representatives at Boston Logan International Airport. During this meeting, they presented AFNE with a generous check to support over 50 Angel Flights of healing and hope, all raised from selling “Fly Like a BOS” t-shirts at Hudson News locations.
The story behind this initiative is as inspiring as it is impactful. Massport, known for its excellence in airport operations, recognized an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals facing medical challenges. Teaming up with Keezer Sportswear, a local brand known for its dedication to high-quality graphics and customized apparel, Massport launched the “Fly Like a BOS” campaign to raise funds and awareness for Angel Flight NE’s vital mission.
This collaboration embodies the spirit of generosity that fuels our mission daily. Every shirt sold contributes to providing free air transportation to patients accessing crucial medical care.
When asked about the Fly Like a BOS initiative, Ed Freni, CEO of Massport said: “Massport is a proud supporter of Angel Flight NE and we are thrilled with the funding raised through our Fly Like a BOS initiative to support their critical mission as an organization. The life-saving services they provide are invaluable and would not be possible without public support and generous partners and volunteers.”
Keezer Sportswear’s Bob shared “The Keezer Sportswear-Landmark Graphics team is extremely honored to be involved with such a great, impactful organization. Cheers Angel Flight NE for all you do!”
We extend our deepest gratitude to Massport, Keezer Sportswear, and our supporters at Logan International Airport for their unwavering dedication. Their support enables us to continue flying patients to the care they need.
