However, the frequent trips from Vermont to Boston have presented significant logistical and financial challenges for Bonnie and her family.

I have been living with metastatic breast cancer for 15 years, and my local medical center doesn’t have the depth and breadth of experience caring for “outliers” like me. The 10-hour round-trip drive to Boston, and the overnight stay make it nearly impossible to get to Dana Farber as often as is necessary for the best evaluation, consultation, and treatment. Angel Flight NE has offered me an incredibly valuable, as well as easy and enjoyable way to get to and from Dana Farber Cancer Institute in a day. I am so grateful for their services!
